Opal Behavioral Health is a small psychiatry practice focused on providing thoughtful, compassionate, evidence-based psychiatric medication management services for adults in Rhode Island & Massachusetts.
Background
I am a Vanderbilt University trained, board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner licensed to practice in Massachusetts and Rhode Island. I provide care for people who have mental health concerns using medication and/or therapy. In this practice, I focus on prescribing and provide brief counseling.
I have additional training and experience in providing care to gender diverse populations, pregnant and postpartum people, and caring for people in recovery from substance use disorders. I hold certifications in psychiatry (PMHNP-BC), perinatal mental health (PMH-C), and substance use disorders (CARN-AP).

I see clients at my office in Providence, Rhode Island, or by telehealth.
Services & Fees
Initial evaluation
$375
80 minute visit. You will be asked about your physical & mental health and functioning. Your provider will use this information to establish a working diagnosis and treatment plan.
Follow Up
$175
20 minute visit focusing on your current functional status and how prescribed treatments are affecting you.
Extended Visit
$250
40 minute visit for you and your provider explore both pharmacologic & non-pharmacologic interventions to treat your condition.
